As a Colorado native, I have intimate knowledge of the Northern Colorado area and an ever-evolving strong desire to help investors find their next opportunity.

I’ve spent the last decade excelling at normal and standard expectations by taking non-performing portfolios and getting them to outperform our initial investors' goals.

My experience includes the following (but not limited to): EQRP set-up, IRA investments, creator of and purchaser of notes, fix & flips, portfolio recovery, property management consulting, multi-family, single family residents, mobile homes/park, commercial, industrial, land development, as well as working with state, county, and city municipalities to help create affordable housing.

In my spare time, I spend time with my Jack Russell, Trixie, as well as my family. I seek out new coffee shops, and I enjoy everything Colorado has to offer.
