Pets are welcome in many of our properties! Please review the rental ad or contact us directly to ensure the property you are applying for allows pets, as each property has its own specific Pet Policy.

We do not allow the following dog breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf dogs (part wolf and part dog), Presa Canarios (also known as a Canary Mastiff), Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows. NOTE: We also follow city guidelines as it relates to dog breeds that are not allowed.

We do not allow the following pets: Pets who have a history of aggressive or hostile behavior, or ferrets.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable $250.00 deposit and $25 per pet, per month.

# of Pets: Our properties allow a maximum of 2 pets (For Example- 2 Dogs OR 2 Cats OR 1 Dog and 1 Cat). NOTE: Caged animals are considered/counted when determining the # of Pets.

Caged Animals: Caged animals (rabbits, reptiles, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.) are allowed. Caged animals are considered/counted when determining the # of pets; however, the above-stated Pet Fees will apply on a per-caged animal basis.

J & O Property Management may consider making an exception to the above Pet Policy upon Applicant providing a higher security deposit, a higher monthly rental rate, or a combination thereof.
